Nadeem Yaqub, San Francisco, California: San Francisco has a lot to offer to millions of tourists visiting the city every year. Apart from the Golden Gate bridge and Alcatraz Island there are plenty of other interesting things that tourists can experience and indulge into. One such place is the Boudin Bakery, known all over the US for its sourdough bread. Its founder, a French immigrant, started the bakery in 1849. Our camera goes inside the bakery, focusing on the traditional bread making process and showing the history of the Boudin Bakery, reflected in the small museum of the bakery. The expert bakers still continue using the Boudin family's initial recipe based on the original mother dough in each and every sourdough loaf.
