It is Friday again and that means that it is time for another episode of the Copyright 2.0 Show.

With the holidays upon us in full force, it might seem like copyright news would be slowing down and there’d be less to talk about. However, we’d also be wrong. Not only do we have a major non-ruling from the Supreme Court but a major Appeals Court ruling as well. We also have an “Anonymous” arrest in the Netherlands and much, much more.

This week’s stories include:

SCOTUS Rules on Costco Case, Says NothingAppeals Court Upholds Ban on World of Warcraft BotAnonymous’ IRC Operator ArrestedRighthaven Sues Drudge ReportGeorge Clinton Sues the Black Eyed PeasIrish ISP Offers Carrot and Stick to “Pirate” Customers
