While i agree that it is useful to have a comment inside the email alert, you would be surprised how many people just reply to the email (even if you put DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL). Until we can support some form of commenting replies via email, i am inclined to not put the comment in the message....

we have a few more releases coming out over the next few weeks! Hope all is well with you.
