The first section consists of 12 demographic questions. The questions are as follows;

5. Educational Background (Selection)
6. Primary Occupation
7. Hours spent each week watching other video-blogs
8. When did you start video-blogging?
9. Did you start blogging before video-blogging?
10. Have you taken any courses in multimedia?

12. Frequently used software(s) for video-blogging

The second section consists of 16 Likert-scale questions. The questions are of 1-10 point scale ranging from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree”. The strongly disagree to strongly agree points are placed in a top-to-bottom fashion. The likert-scale questions are as follows;

1. I am a frequent computer user
2. I am very experienced with software(s) for video blogging
3. I am a very experienced video-blogger
4. I am very experienced with video editing software(s)
5. I often used digital devices such as Digital Camera & Digital Camcorder before I started blogging
6. I often post new videos
7. I see other video-bloggers as part of the video-blogging community
8. I frequently write article(s)
9. I had experience in producing videos before I started video-blogging
10. I had experience in directing videos before I started video-blogging
11. I had experience in editing videos before I started video-blogging
12. I consider myself a highly creative individual
13. Video blogging software that I use is really easy to use
14. I am very much familiar with the topic I discuss in my video-blog
15. I consider video-blogging a rich communication medium
16. I'm highly familiar with the people who visit or comment on my video-blog

I believe it’s hard to have your answers in a 10 point scale but my class is about quantitative research methods. Hence, I’m compelled towards having likert-scale questions. It is equally hard to get interview from people who are scattered all over the world. Therefore, I have opted to use web-survey. In this survey, you cannot save and return back to complete so, you would have to complete this survey in one go. The total completion time for this web-survey would be around 7-10 minutes at most.
