My research is about the effect of previous multimedia experience in video as well as in text blog. I got your mailing addresses from mefeedia.com. The second section consists of 16 Likert-scale questions. The questions are of 1-10 point scale ranging from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree”. The strongly disagree to strongly agree points are placed in a top-to-bottom fashion. The likert-scale questions are as follows;

2. I am very experienced with software(s) for video blogging
3. I am a very experienced video-blogger
4. I am very experienced with video editing software(s)
5. I often used digital devices such as Digital Camera & Digital Camcorder before I started blogging

I believe it’s hard to have your answers in a 10 point scale but my class is about quantitative research methods. Hence, I’m compelled towards having likert-scale questions. It is equally hard to get interview from people who are scattered all over the world. Therefore, I have opted to use web-survey. In this survey, you cannot save and return back to complete so, you would have to complete this survey in one go. The total completion time for this web-survey would be around 7-10 minutes at most.
