When the project began over 6 years ago it was not apparent what it eventually would become. As more video was shot the entire concept-of design began to emerge. The various parties, locations and personas began to take on recognizable form and become cinematically manifest. We have entered into uncharted territory. Production of the UNHOLY was and is organized amid the hedonistic chaos of the various parties and dungeons beneath the streets of New York. Make no mistake, everything depicted within actually occurred. None of it was staged, acted or scripted. To all who view this work, know this, IT S ALL-REAL! The UNHOLY is set against the backdrop of pre and post 9-11 New York. The UNHOLY takes place on a planet of increasing confusion, violence and tumult. The UNHOLY also reaches beyond the confines of the Empire City and attempts to capture the most intense events from around the world. The UNHOLY attempts to record the beginning of the end of our civilization from the perspective of PRE-APOCALYPTIC underground New York. Where this will finally end is unknown.
