The polar bears were trained to move the island when necessary without losing a person (because once a person moves the island they can't come back). Also, it is very cold underground. Draco/Hermione MV AU Please Read.... Hermione and Draco were deeply in love and had managed to keep their relationship a secret until one fateful day Harry walked in on them. This sighting created a chain reaction as Draco's father discovered the truth and took Draco away in order to become a death eater. Hermione, now alone has a hard time forgetting the love of her life. Harry doesn't understand why Hermione is so upset and often loses his temper with her. He and Ron both try to tell Hermione to get over Draco but she is lost without him. Harry, sorry to see his friend this way, takes her to the dance (non romantic) hoping to help get her mind off Draco. Unfortunately, Hermione thinks she sees Draco and she bursts into tears and runs off. Unable to stand the pain any longer, she rushes to the library and looks up the spell to conjure the dark mark. With this new information she hurries to the forbidden forest and casts the dark mark hoping Draco would see the signal and come to it. Draco does see it and meets her under the dark mark. He is surprised yet happy to see it is her that summoned him. Hermione, unable to contain herself any longer, runs to him and the two have a happy reunion. But the only way for the two of them to be together is for Hermione to make a life changing decision. A decision that will not only affect her life but the life of her best friend as well. Originally i put it to track 2 because it was the first song that stood out. but i think this song is more appropriate in helping me tell the story.
