This video features Aaron Strout of Mzinga speaking about his experience with hiring though the use of Twitter, LinkedIn and other web-based tools as opposed to requesting traditional paper resumes.

Jim Storer, Director of Community Strategy for Mzinga speaks about how Twitter has changed his life. This speech was part of the Social Media Breakfast 5 event held at the S & S Restaurant in Cambridge, MA.

I got up really early in the morning to drive up to Boston (Waltham, actually) to go to Social Media Breakfast 2.
