My dad was Brian Rossi, a famous entertainer from Belfast. My mum is Pat Rossi who was his manager for many years. My dad is best remembered for being the lead singer in his group called The Wheels and being band leader and showman at the Plaza Ballroom, Belfast. He then gave Van Morrison his first break and subsequently Van Morrison wrote ''Gloria'' for The Wheels. Dad also had a huge English following. His most popular venue was the famous Queens Dolphin Bar at Cleveleys, Lancashire where he appeared for 7 years. Van Morrison always refers to dad in any interviews that he does. As stated in the video intro, this was submitted as part of a contest, but was not selected as a finalist. I have made made a video of this song in reverse in the "What Song is This?" series, but this production kind of incorporated some of the props used in parts 1 through 3. It was fun painting the blocks to the perspective of where the camera would be filming and took approximately 16 hours. I thought it might be worth posting and hope you enjoy. Thanks for watching!
