The minister said that five other suspects had also been arrested and explosives and cyanide had been confiscated from them, adding that they are all Iranian nationals. A total of 11 people lost their lives and about 200 injured in the explosion which occurred in a religious center in the southern city of Shiraz on April 12, 2008.

Nobody really knew why they did what they did. But it didn't matter, because life was never the same again. For those few hours, every weekend, the children felt loved and not forgotten. Things were good, but then, maybe things were too good. Because one day, those people didn't show up again. Had they stopped caring? No. They had been arrested. They had been imprisoned for educating these children every week. The court said, this constituted "an offense relating to state security"...
