I was asked recently by a fellow filmmaker friend of mine, Josh Fields, if I would be willing to take off my Director s hat and become an actor in his film. I said, well for the sake of art, sure. Besides I needed a change of pace after finishing Safety First: the Rise of Women! Here s the result of that collaboration. I know the usual viewers to this vlog aren t used to seeing dudes in my videos, but I think you ll find the story of Josh and Ted a universal one and one that is quite compelling. I m the one playing Ted. It ll be screened at the Dragon*Con film festival in Atlanta at the end of August. It was shot with the new Red 4k camera at 60 frames per second. Enjoy! Mac K.
