From 1949, the stooges are movers for an express company and on a rainy night are sent to move some junk, including a suit of armor, from a spooky old house. The armor is haunted by the ghost of Peeping Tom, who has no intention of leaving. The ghost foils the stooges attempts to take the armor, until Lady Godiva shows up and the two ride off together.

From 1948, the stooges are musicians at the court of King Cole. When they ask the king s permission to marry their sweethearts, the King agrees, but only after Princess Alicia has married Prince Valiant. This news upsets Mergatroyd, an evil magician who plans to marry the Princess himself and rule the Kingdom. Mergatroyd abducts the Princess, and it s up to the stooges to foil his plans and expose his evil doings.

Definitely not the most exciting birthday party. Actually there wasn t even a party. But when you re 49, you don t really care!

My sister Elana and her friend Yong are visiting Las Vegas from Circleville, Ohio. At a breakfast conversation the discussion turns to the subject of a certain male body part and the word for it that is used in Korean. Watch this. It s funny.

Released in 1956, this was the ninth of ten films featuring the Kettles. Ma and the kids head back to the Ozarks for a visit with Uncle Sedge (essentially a Pa Kettle replacement). He s working his way through a twenty years long relationship with Miss Bedelia Baines.

Released in 1939, the stooges are traveling salesmen stranded in Valeska, a tropical country prone to earthquakes. Having no luck selling fur coats to the natives they are arrested when they receive a telegram instructing them to get rid of present wardrobe and an official thinks they are planning to assassinate president Ward Robey. With the help of Rita, a beautiful revolutionary, the boys escape a firing squad, and are sent on a mission to deliver important plans to the revolutionary leader. When they deliver a rolled up calendar by mistake, they are once again heading for a firing squad but are spared when Rita arrives with the real plans.

The stooges are tree surgeons who are enlisted by a rich old man to find a mate for his rare puckerless persimmon tree. The boys sail to the tropical island of Rhum-Boogie to find the tree. When they arrive they are captured by the natives and will be eaten unless Curly marries the Chief s ugly daughter. The stooges escape with the tree and, after a confrontation with an alligator, sail off with their prize.

This is Stooge short number 91 for Columbia Pictures. It was released in 1946. Set in the old west, the stooges become marshals in a town with a high death rate for lawmen. The boys set out prevent a marriage between the villain Blackie and the heroine Nell, who s father Blackie has kidnapped. The stooges manage to defeat Blackie and his henchmen, but when Nell s father learns she promised to marry Curly if he could save her, he decides death would be a preferable fate.

From 1945, the stooges are three inventors trying to a get a patent on their preposterous fly catching invention. When they learn they ll have to catch 100,000 flies to earn enough to get a patent, some crooks overhear and think the boys are the $100,000 sweepstakes winners. When the crooks give chase, the stooges hide in a sporting goods store where Curly shoots a dummy, which they mistake for a real person. The boys decide to bury the body in a pet cemetery, but the cemetery owner arrives from a costume party with his partners, all dressed as spooks, and they proceed to scare the devil out of the stooges.

This looks like CRAZY fun!

A great Stooge short from 1941. The stooges decide to get some easy money by having Curly slip on a bar of soap in a hotel lobby so they can sue the owner. Curly slips as planned but the hotel turns out to be run by an old lady who is about to lose her lease to the evil landlord. The stooges decide to help her fix up the place and start by beating up the landlord and stealing his watch. After their usual antics in renovating the place, the hotel is ready for the grand re-opening. The stooges put on a big show with a famous critic in attendance. Their corny act goes over poorly until Curly accidentally puts on a magicians coat and becomes a sensation and the place is a success.

From 1970, this is the last time the Stooges are together. Larry Fine suffered a stroke during the filming, and the film was never completed. Norman Maurer pieced together the footage and tried to sell it to television but there were no takers. He eventually released the film on 8mm for home viewing. After nearly 50 years of eye-poking and face-slapping, the Stooges decide to retire and tour the world with their dog, Moose. They start by touring America s national parks, however, with the stooges, it is truly a kook s tour . This especially proves to be the case, for Larry, who despite his best efforts, simply cannot seem to catch a fish. Larry is driven to the height of frustration as he is continually outfished by Moe, Joe, Moose, and even his own hat!

Pretty wild footage of a flash flood coming downstream and taking over a road. Here in Las Vegas, this is a common occurence (when it storms) but still people ignore the warnings and end up having to be rescued.

Released in 1934, this is the very first comedy short the Stooges did for Columbia. When they were finished the total would be 190. Far different from the rest of the Stooge shorts, this one is all in rhyme. The stooges join the Women Haters club and vow to have nothing to do with the fair sex. Larry marries a girl anyway and attempts to hide the fact from Moe and Curly as they take a train trip.

Beer and Pretzels (1933) was one of the first one screen appearances of the Moe Howard, Larry Fine and Curley Howard line-up. The brains behind the trio is Ted Healy. He bullies and punks out his stooges as he mack s on women. Curley is thin in his role as the central comic foil of the group. The trio hasn t fine honed their permanent characteristics of the lovable doofs that we have grown to love over the next eleven years.

From 1918 comes this silent classic with Fatty Arbuckle and Buster Keaton. Roscoe s wife wants him committed to the No Hope Sanitarium for a cure from drink. He is greeted by blood spattered, cleaver-wielding Buster and a barely clad female patient. He eats a thermometer and must be rushed into surgery. The gags are solid and well-paced. Roscoe Fatty Arbuckle is as charming as ever. Buster Keaton continues to develop his great stone face. And Al St. John puts in some of his best work. Good Night Nurse! is one of the funniest films Arbuckle ever made.

From 1946, this is the Stooges 90th comedy short. The stooges are civil war soldiers who are constantly changing uniforms to avoid the opposing armies. Eventually they decide to be loyal to the south, but remain disguised as Union soldiers. Curly is detected as a spy, but Moe and Larry prevent his execution. The boys escape with a secret map and marry their three southern belles.
