Hundreds of Rat Racers will line up there for an eight hour day of action; running, cycling, abseiling and cycling around Belfast. This is a team-based urban sports challenge – part physical and part mental and, although the courses are kept secret until the day, it is anticipated that participants will travel through the Titanic Quarter, on the River Lagan and around Cave Hill before scurrying to the finish line back at City Hall. For onlookers, the grounds of City Hall will be transformed into an event village with live music, adventure attractions and live event commentary so you can keep track of the rat packs.
