The Blog2Song Wrap
from The Jeff Pulver Blog September 08, 2007
So I was wondering where does one go to find some inspiration Geniuses at work and creativity in motion. And there I was at GeekCon on September '07. So there is this guy, and his name is Dror He likes to wrap his blogs to a different beat. There's Malik and Pravda, Scoble and Brogan, Pulver and Cuban and the Blonde named Ayelet He turned their blogs into songs - About some google phones and facebook tips. A song about Jobs and his stupid iPod pet tricks Social Networking - what makes it tick? A Cuban who still thinks the Internet is dead and boring and someone who's confused and thinks about Internet Mornings. And this is where this wrap ends. GeekCon is the place where the songwriting started. Visit Blog2Song and send your blog: we'll write a song about it. --- Words Written at GeekCon 2007 by: Jeff Pulver, Dror Gill, Ayelet Yagil. Buzz Out Loud 550: So long, time
from Buzz Out Loud from CNET August 30, 2007
That's right. AT&T has finally pulled the ultimate fast one on us and killed time itself. OK, calm down. Its discontinuing the "call for time" service that's still only available in Nevada and California. Other things to calm down about? A possible iCar, cell phones and cancer, municipal Wi-Fi, and Viacom copyright insanity. Actually, get fired up about that last one. We are.

Mark Wants You to Watch CuTube
from Geek Entertainment TV October 18, 2006
This isn't the first time I've grabbed Mark Cuban in the hall of a hotel to interview him, and it won't be the last! And I must say, Cuban is as gracious a webebrity as GETV has ever met. Not only did he shake the hand of every member of the Consumer Electronics Association who wanted to touch a piece of history (yes, goddamit -- if you sell your start-up for 5 billion in 1991, and then you buy the Dallas Mavericks and then you marry a hottie named Tiffany, you're a piece of American history), he explained his Sharesleuth.com website several times over to several inquiring minds. When we finally wrestled Cuban away from his fans to our adoring camera, we had to bug him about his topic du jour = YouTube's illegal conent and how it's all going down in a burning ball of lawsuits . Cuban's been busy -- he's got 12 films coming out of his production studio, the first due out Dec. 1 called The Architect featuring Isabella Rosellini. But our favorite part of the interview is where he tells us what he does in front of the television AFTER he checks his email at night. You'll have to watch to see what that is.
