Longer Version - Alfredo, Jose, Kevin and Brett - Live Stage
from CitizenJournalism - recent posts - blip.tv (beta) September 06, 2008
Our Noches de Richmond clip is the longer version of an unfinished Una Noche Tropical music video. I still need to put some more cut shots in to cover bad video. Actually, some of the bad video I'm going to leave in because it really shows the reality of the photographer being on stage. This is live stage you are about to see and it doesn't get any more real than this! Featured is Alfredo Santiago of the Latin Jazz Ensemble on flute, Jose Lorenzo of Timbason singing, Kevin Davis of Ban Caribe on timbali, Brett King on trombone, and Ernesto on congas. In the near future our site, Cuatrovision.tv, will make a debut on the web. Dave

A Mile Wide - Original
from Revver - video Videos April 05, 2008
Author: leedorham Added: Fri, 04 Apr 2008 21:46:16 -0800 Duration: 75Didn't have a good video idea for this tune and... (more) Added: April 03, 2008 Didn't have a good video idea for this tune and me playing the trumpet makes for a pretty boring video. So you get just over a minute of me squeezing this really cool stress ball. The music is *supposed to* be the important part. The tune is a bit 70's so I envisioned a man in a tan suit with a butterfly collar walking down a busy city street. That video just wasn't in the budget. Again - all parts played by yours truly except the canned drums. I envisioned this having a really hip montuno at the beginning but I can't play any hip montunos.

Arturo O'Farrill at Flatbush Frolic
from MusicandEntertainment - recent posts - blip.tv (beta) February 06, 2008
This is when the party really started cooking. Mid-afternoon. Just after the Latin Fever Dance Studio performed. Here's Arturo O'Farrill and The Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra with their first number. The orchestra's been in residence at Birdland, and O'Farrill's been a special guest at Lincoln Center. They're joined, informally, by some of the Latin Fever dancers, including the studio's founder, the glorious Marisol Ramirez. It really doesn't get any better than this.
