Reward challenge-Score points by dragging the opposing team member off their pole & across the goal. 1st team to score 2 wins bedding. Kota scores 1st, then Fang scores, then Fang wins it. Sugar is sent to exile island. She finds the immunity idol. At Kota-Corinne tries to get Bob to vote with her alliance. Immunity challenge-Slide into water, collect tiles, Final team member uses tiles to solve a math puzzle to open a trunk & raise their flag. Kota led most of the time but it came down to Bob the physics teacher vs Ken the gamer. Ken wins immunity for Fang. Sugar tells Ace she has the idol. Ace wants Paloma gone. Paloma wants Ace gone. Corinne teams up with Paloma. Tribal Council-Paloma calls out Ace-they obviously hate each other. Marcus keeps his immunity & Sugar doesn't use the idol. Paloma is voted out with at least 5 votes. Collier Strong announced the challenge was to design an evening gown inspired by nature. They will have 1 hour to shoot with the cameras provided, a half hour to choose a photo then off to Mood with 250 dollars & 2 days to complete the challenge. Kenley left her tulle @ Mood. No-one wanted to help her out - she eventually got her fabric. At the runway show the guest judge was Georgina Chapman from Marchesa. No one's dress was amazing and it was a huge cryfest. Heidi asked them why they deserved to go to Bryant Park & who they would take with them. No-one wanted Kenley. She was rude to Heidi & eventually apologized to everyone. Too little, too late. It was the closest runway show ever. Jerrell & Leanne scored the highest but Jerrell was the winner-just barely. They couldn't decide who to send home so all 4 will prepare a collection & 1 designer will be eliminated before fashion week.

Janet SongBrain volumes, which are measured by parcellating and segmenting a brain into its constituent parts, can be used as a structural indicator of many different neuroanatomical diseases and disorders, including alcoholism. Reducing the time, cost, and equipment required for brain segmentation would greatly facilitate both clinical and research fields. Here, the automated, unsupervised FreeSurfer system, which segments the brain in only two days and is cost free, was compared to the semi-automated, supervised system created by the Center for Morphometric Analysis (CMA) in older and/or diseased individuals. The CMA system, which segments the brain in seven days, requires extensive staff and equipment, but is considered the gold standard of brain parcellation and segmentation. Our results suggest that a few brain structures can be segmented reliably by FreeSurfer and that the low correlation between the CMA and FreeSurfer methods in male alcoholics may be due to the large number of morphological changes found in the brain reward system in male alcoholics as compared to controls or female alcoholics.
