This video is a very, very modest illustration of God's "agape" love for you and me and all of mankind, His masterpiece creation as humbly pictured in the love of Dick for his son, Rick. It is only fitting that after we have seen God's video in the true to life story of Dick and his son that we must give due homage to God by way of a token illustration of the passion of Christ. The bible says this of God, the Father on account of His decision to send His beloved and only begotten Son, Jesus Christ to suffer the most humitiang and and most excruciating death...Romans 8:32 "He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all..." ....What an encouragement, what love God for us for what is man really that God has so much regard for him? Man is but mere dust...Psalm 103:13-14 "Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. For He Himself knows our frame ; He is mindful that we are but dust." When God created the whole universe, all He needed do was to speak the universe into being (Genesis 1:3, 6, 9, 11, 14 20, 24, 26 ..."And God said...". But when He created man ...the bible says in Genesis 2:7 "Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground..." it is as if God kneeled down to take some mud and lovingly formed His masterpiece creation. And yet man in response sin against Him in an utter show of ingratitude, arrogance and pride against his creator who loves him so dearly. The video illustration on passion of Christ pictures that boastful show of ingratitude, arrogance and pride. As Christ was mocked, spat upon, punched in the face, whipped bloodied and bruised so much so that no one who would look at His face could recognized Him, stripped utterly naked in unmatched humiliation by his beloved creation and then cruzified on the cross to die in the most horrifying and painful death of all...man... we... you and me; did the same thing to God, the heavenly and most loving Father who created us by way of our sins. And so we made Bod our enemy. On account of this, we are bound for hell. the place that burns with fire and brimstone where the fire is not quenched even for all eternity and mans' senses for all eternity are intact to feel the burning sensation of the fire in hell (Revelations 21:8) to be with Satan forever and ever (Revelations 20:10. Yet God so loved His masterpiece creation so much that He wanted to save him from the fires of hell (John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." God, the Father had to send His only begottten Son to die on the cross for that is the only way (John 14:6 ""Jesus (who can never tell a life) said to him, I am THE way, THE truth and THE life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." Also in Acts 4:12 "And there is salvation in no one elsel for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus is THE only way...not by any man's works of righteouseness, not by any religion or creed. There are about mor than 28,000 religions in the world and eacjh of them say, "we are the true way to heaven or we have the secret of the true way....Jesus Himself says, "I am THE truth (not "I am A way) there is only one way...and then Jesus claimed, He is the resurrection and the life." He died on the corss and resurrected (1 Corinthians 15-14...and 1 Corinthians 15:5 and the verses that follow show evidence that indeed Jesus died and resurrected. The evidences mentioned in 1 Corinthians 15:5 and following verse are acceptable in any court of law in the whole wide world (pls. read the book written by Josh Macdowell, "Evidence that Demand a Verdict" on this). The video "Watch the Lamb" is almost the apt response of Jesus Christ loves that one who asks..."Jesus, how much do you love me"... Then, Jesus would spread His arms to the sides and as He speads His arms, He'd bow His head." So now, please watch the video.
