Karl Williamson and I made this film a few years back. My first replacement animation using just a mustache as a way for a puppet to talk. It definitely saved a lot of time and had a good stylized look. Puppet designed by Gogue, created by Marc Spess. Karl came up with the idea where Kris Kringle goes nuts, did the voices and owned the animation equipment. His daughter did the editing and compositing. See more at http://www.animateclay.com

Megan Brain has been busy making cut-out characters for a Summer Olympics commercial for United Airlines. It involves lots of paper, lots of exacto knives and a lot of patience. It is similar to the Super Bowl ad that came out a year or so ago where the same paper characters were used.
