Cecila has had enough of Lucius keep going to voldy at every beckon call and expecting her to follow and stand by when he could be getting hurt. She is fed up with him controling her but can't face up to him in order to tell him how she feels. Cecila keep back her hatred to Lucius. untill she can't take it any more and finally stand up to him and tell him how she feels. through out the video she doesn't go with Lucius when he gets called by voldy or when he goes to help voldy fight. When Lucius shoots a curse and it flips to Cecila it is showing what she is doing whilst he is off Hexing Harry in order of the phoenix. Towards the end Cecilia says she loves him because she is torn with her feelings at the very end Lucius give his reply.
