الصلع وزراعة الشعر HAIR TRANSPLANTATION & BALDNESS الشعر مهم لكل انسان فبالاضافة لاهميته الجمالية للشخص ويعطي الشكل المميز لهو فهو درع يقي جلد الانسان في المناطق المشعرة من الحرارة و البرودة و الاحتكاك الشديد الذي يؤثر على الجلد. الشعرة: تتكون من جزئين الاول الخارجي وهو غير حي (ميت) و الداخلي (البصيلة) وهو الجزء الحي. وتتحكم الصفات الوراثية( وحسب قانون مندل)المكتسبة من الابوين في نوع الشعر ولونه وكثافته في مناطق الجسم المختلفة. واتفقت المراجع الطبية على ان تساقط الشعر بمعدل 50 شعرة باليوم هو طبيعي في اغلب الاحيان. مراحل حياة الشعرة: 1)البناء ANAPHASE. 2)النمو TELEPHASE. 3)الاندثار (الموت) CATAPHASE. اسباب تساقط الشعر HAIR FALLING ماعدا النسبة الطبيعية المذكورة اعلاه هناك اسباب عديدة لتساقط الشعر بصورة غير طبيعية أهمها : 1-عوامل وراثية وهذه تلعب دورا كبيرا خاصة صلع الرجال MALE BALDNESS في مرحلة البلوغ وقد تستقر بعد سن الاربعين وتكون على عدة انواع منها الصلع الجزئي او الكلي. 2-عوامل خارجية -Aأستخدام الشامبو الغير جيد والذي قد يحتوي على مواد مخرشة للجلد وبالتالي تؤدي الى تساقط الشعر بكثافة. B- السشوار الحار الذي يؤدي الى تساقط الشعر عند الاستعمال المتكررله. C-كثرة النوم على منطقة معينة من الراس في بعض الاحيان تؤدي الى تساقط الشعر. -Dأستخدام اغطية الراس بشدة ولفترات طويلة قد تؤدي الى زيادة تساقط الشعر. E-كثرة غسل الشعر او بالعكس عدم غسل الشعر لفترة طويلة قد يقلل من كثافة الشعر. F-عوامل اخرى معروفة مثل التدخين الذي يؤ ثر على تغذية الشعر بصورة جيدة او غير معروفة حاليا. 3- عوامل صحية او مرضية A- فقر الدم الشديد ( ANEMIA) يؤدي الى تساقط الشعر وخاصة عند النساء لوجود الدورة الشهرية. B-الحمل (PREGNANCY) وخاصة عندما تكون المرأة الحمل غير مهتمة بغذاءها. C-نقص الفيتامينات و العناصر المهمة في الجسم اما سؤء تغذية (MALNUTRITION) او فشل امتصاصها من الامعاء (MAL ABSORBTION D-الحروق BURNS الحرق بالماء الحار او بالنار مباشرة التي تؤدي فقدان الجلد بكل مكوناته , خاصة الحروق العميقة. E-الامراض الجلدية وخاصة المزمنة منها كالفطريات مثلاالتي تصيب فروة الراس. F-داء الثعلبة (ALLOPECIA) وهو من الامراض المناعية (AUTO IMMUNE ) التي تصيب الجلد في اي مكان من الجسم وتتسبب في فقدان الشعر جزئيا او كليا. G-الاختلال الهرموني (HORMONAL DISTURBANCES) ويشمل اضطرابات الغدد الصماء كالغدة الدرقية في الرقبة.
