BROOKLYN MALPRACTICE LAWYER-Failure to Diagnose Cancer
from TheMainstreamMedia - recent posts - blip.tv (beta) October 08, 2008
It's devastating to hear "You have stage 4 cancer." You ask "How is this possible?" You went to your doctor for regular check-ups; you had yearly chest x-rays; your tests were always normal. "How is it that nobody detected my cancer before it spread through my body?" These questions are all too common in a failure to diagnose cancer case. Listen in as Gerry Oginski, an experienced New York medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury lawyer practicing law in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Nassau & Suffolk explains what he looks for when evaluating a misdiagnosis case. For more information go to Gerry's popular website, http://www.oginski-law.com or call Gerry personally at 516-487-8207 to have your questions answered.

America has fallen in love with Barack Obama for his impassioned rhetoric, his commitment to change, and his hope for a brighter future. But what about the time he tuned up your guitar? Barack Obama is Your New Bicycle is the first book to chronicle all the lesser-known accomplishments of the freshman senator from Illinois, from finding your car keys to batting in the winning run for your softball team. A must-have compendium of the sweet things he has done for you, Barack Obama is Your New Bicycle is the only book that can do justice to the nicest man who ever lived. Mathew Honan made barackobamaisyournewbicycle.com in February 2008. 29 September 2008: The Moulton Story (part one)
from The Bike Show from Resonance FM September 29, 2008
The first of a two-parter telling the story of Moulton bicycles: the radical reinvention of the bicycle by Dr Alex Moulton that, despite some commercial setbacks along the way, continues to push the boundaries of cutting edge engineering. Moultons have been feted by architects and designers, won races and broken speed records, and are taken to the hearts of their riders, the Moultoneers, many of whom consider them to be the best kept secret on two wheels. Over the next two weeks The Bike Show will trace the history of the Moulton bicycle from its inception in the late 1950s and its sixties heyday, look ahead to its future and try to capture something of the Moulton spirit. Featuring interviews with Dr Alex Moulton, Shaun Moulton, Tony Hadland, Michael Woolf and a cast of Moultoneers. Image, left, shows the young Sheldon Brown on his Moulton Deluxe in 1971. from Amsterdamize Bicycle TV September 28, 2008
You can imagine all the things you need to do, or want to do on a Saturday. No need to spell that out. Translate all of that to a place called Amsterdam and you know you're in for a treat. Well, if you're into bicycles, that is. I planted my ass at the curb of a sidewalk in the Spiegelkwartier, on the bridge over the Prinsengracht (A) and on Van Baerlestraat (B) near Vondelpark, where I put my camera on the pavement (for most of the time), and just let it roll.
