Here's an old video from "the vault". A 60 lb weighted rope climb from May 2006. I started working this exercise as a potential progression to the one arm rope climb but found it far too stressful on my elbows in the long run. Still fun to do though.

All you need to do is join the clan chat of the boss you want to kill during the correct time (which are on the calender in the forum thread, link above). Once you've been added you just need to wait for me to turn lootshare on for that clan chat (which should take no longer than half an hour) and you can start killing the boss. There are 16 clan chats in total, 3 for each of the godwars bosses and 2 each for dagannoth kings and corporeal beast, more may be added if too many people come, in which case the clan chat list in the forum thread will be updated so you know what the chats are. The worlds will also be updated when they are decided.
