以下紀錄片是08年10月5日於無線電視明珠台播出的Pearl Report。節目質疑長江物業及旗下的高衞物業管理有限公司，為何遲遲未回應居民要求，立例禁止一名性罪犯再次進入海逸豪園會所。事原於07年7月19 日，一名12歲男童於海逸豪園會所浴室內遭一名54歲男子性侵犯，該名男子事後被判監20個月。 高衞物業管理公司漠視居民投訴，沒有立例禁止該名性罪犯於假釋後重返屋苑會所。更諷刺的是，原來該名罪犯另有前科。高衞物業管理無意中透露，過去曾接獲另一宗居民投訴，指同一名涉案男子於海逸豪園會所非禮另一男童。由於該投訴人並未就此報案或提出訴訟，高衞物業管理亦無再作跟進或採取措施。 果然，性侵犯事件在2007年再次發生。 涉案男子易紹雄54歲，無業，於2007年7月性侵犯一名12歲兒童，罪名成立被判監20個月(檔案編號DCC824/2007)。事發後，儘管接獲居民投訴，高衞物業管理仍無意禁止該名犯人重返案發會所，亦無向居民透露准許該罪犯重返會所的決定。高衞物業明知該名罪犯有性侵犯前科，仍容許罪犯重回案發會所，就好比天主教會隱瞞神父狎童的罪行，容許犯事神父繼續在其他教區任教; 亦好比中國毒奶事件中，三鹿明知產品有問題，仍繼續售賣，置兒童性命安危於不顧。 為甚麼﹖為甚麼他們竟然去包庇這些罪犯，而無視受到威脅的兒童﹖ 為甚麼高衞物業可以如此不負責任﹖試問，他們會讓自己的子女進入這所會，與性罪犯共處一室嗎﹖ 請聯絡傳媒，請聯絡立法會議員，向他們提出你的想法及對事件的關注。向高衞物業管理施加壓力，要求他們採取措施保護居民，不要讓同類案件再度發生。 我們不要看見再有兒童受到傷害。 請聯絡： Benny Cheung - 首席物業管理 (852-2960 8161 / bennycheung@goodwell.com.hk) 長江實業有限公司 聯絡人：唐惠慈 Wendy Tong Barnes - 企業及公共關係 (852-2122 2150 / wendytb@ckh.com.hk) Here is a documentary with Chinese subtitles that aired on TVB Pearl's "Pearl Report" on October 5th. The documentary looks at the issues surrounding Cheung Kong and its management company Goodwell Property Management's refusal to ban a man arrested for molesting a boy in the shower of the Laguna Verde Clubhouse in Hung Hom on July 19th, 2007. Not only did Goodwell Property Management refuse to ban Yik Seal-hung while he was awaiting bail, Management also revealed later that in fact they'd received TWO complaints from TWO separate boys about Yik allegedly molesting them in the facility. Only one of those complaints resulted in charges being laid. Currently Yik Seal-hung, a jobless 54 year old resident is serving a 20 month sentence for molesting a 12 year old boy in the shower of that Cheung Kong property. Goodwell and Cheung Kong refuse ban him and are refusing to let residents know about their decision to allow him back in. This decision to allow a convicted child molester back into where he committed his crime without any restrictions and knowing there are two complaints against him is is similar to the way the Catholic Church covered up crimes of priests who molested children by moving them to other parishes. There are also parallels to the current scandal involving Chinese Dairy company Sanlu which has been exposed as knowingly putting children's safety at risk by selling milk they knew had been contaminated with a harmful chemical. Between August 2007 and February 14th 2007 Goodwell allowed Yik Seal-hung who was on bail awaiting trial for molesting a boy back into the Laguna Verde Clubhouse. In that time, parents who knew stopped bringing their kids. Yik continued yelling and acting agressively towards staff and other residents. Police were called out three times, but still he was allowed back in. Goodwell claims it has no power to enforce House Rules or Ban someone who broke those rules. Hold them accountable. Property is Hong Kong's biggest industry and this is not the level of service or the kind of accountability we expect from a company like Cheung Kong or its wholly-owned subsidiary Goodwell. Call media, call legislators and let them know about this story and video, voice your concerns and demand they put pressure on Cheung Kong and Goodwell Property Management to do something before another child is hurt again. I live a life-style of observation and creation. I believe that being well informed on the subject of your work and having an organized strategy produces a more intriguing work of art. I believe man has the right to choose his reality. In my reality I have chosen my own destiny; time and fate have confirmed that producing art is my positive contribution to society. The work I produce both symbolizes and creates optimism for life in our industrialized society. It also challenges the over-saturation of mindless sexual and violent images in pop visual culture. I put forth a passionate effort to produce art that has a spiritual, political and urban aesthetic. My artwork has been executed by the use of computer based design layouts and constructed with various art mediums, such as spray paint, oil paint, and acrylic. The subjects of the work include figure studies, human nature and political issues. My goal is to break the preconceived idea of what most people may think aerosol art is, highlighting the difference between aerosol art and graffiti. The spray can is an example of a post-World War II product that was not originally conceived for producing art, but as a household tool. Through the use of the Chiaroscuro technique, combined with classical and modern influences, my work seeks to have the spray can recognize as an artistic medium. Further, the nature of the medium being an aerosol can use for industry and aesthetic vandalism, is an icon for the fusion of art and technology. As such, it is a form of modern art.
