Michaels has also written about music, movies, and literature over the years, and his band, Strictly Olga is currently recording a first album, Downward Facing Dog, that is due to be released in the late spring of 2008. Lawr lives in the east bay hills with his dog Jazzmine, and a room full of guitars.
