My family and I visited Floyds, on Sept 25,2007. We went durning happy hour and asked our waitress about the Happy hours prices even though we were not in the bar section and was told it was ok. Well when we received our bill the happy hour prices were not included. When we talked to Mr. Maoutawakkil we were pretty much told too bad and that we had to pay the full price. The police were called. The police agreed with us and said they did not agree with Mr. Moutawakkil but that it would be best if we paid the bil and just not return and file a complaint with the BBB. We are letting all know to be carefiul because this person is not honest because he actually lied to the police and tried to get a member of our party arrested. So please be careful because this person is not accomodating at all. |
