On March 8th the 2008 Australian Grand Prix saw DEXTER "The Blade" JACKSON take his second victory in a row victory at the Australian Grand Prix. 15 top pros took to the stage at the Dallas Brooks Centre, Melbourne's long time spiritual home of bodybuilding. This was Tony Doherty’s 8th staging of the Australian Grand Prix.

THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY ARNOLD CLASSIC! 1989-2008 Prejudging took place in the wonderful Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium at noon with the Finals following at 7PM. Dexter Jackson was striving for his 3rd victory at this event out of a field of 15 of the world’s greatest bodybuilders. Dexter Jackson had won the Arnold Classic in 2005 and 2006 and was seeking to join Flex Wheeler (1993, 1997, 1998 and 2000) and Jay Cutler (2002, 2003 and 2004) as the only men to win the event more than twice. The first part of this DVD was shot on July 9th and 10th 2007 on Ronnie’s final off-season week. This was 12 weeks out from the 2007 Olympia. Then more taping again on September 3rd and 4th, 2007 - just 3 weeks out from last year’s Olympia. The DVD includes a final body check by Ronnie’s nutritionist Chad Nicholls on the day of the Olympia, September 28th, 2007 in his hotel room. Ronnie mentions that his diet has changed from last year and explains how and why. His weight training regime has also changed. All training sessions were shot at Big Ron's home gym in Texas. The 2008 IRON MAN NPC FIGURE COMPETITION was once again a top quality event. 17 top class athletes took to the stage at the LA convention Center for the prejudging and then again for the evening Finals. As usual the competition was intense, with DANIELLE EDMONDS, a class winner last year emerging as the overall winner for 2008. There were 4 classes of competition with every single round and all comparisons included in this DVD. It also includes the awards to the 4 class winners and the Overall Award to DANIELLE EDMONDS. She will be featured later on the cover of the Iron Man magazine.
