Oooh, I have this weird feeling that my posts are becoming a bit too serious I better switch it up STAT! I find myself checking other people s vlogs daily hoping to find one I haven t seen yet. In general, this is the list: Annie, Josh, Jay, Ryan, Verdi, Aaron, Zadi, Chris and so on and so forth. Keep them coming, it s way better than watching the other television!

Wow. It s been more than a month since my last update. If people are still watching, all I have to say is sweet". I want to be able to update this more often with vlogs and whatnot, but I m drowning in my work and play well, mostly my play. When I m not working, I m out somewhere and when I m not out somewhere, I m trying to catch up on sleep it s a vicious cycle let me tell you! Lounge is very different from my usual style of vlogging but I like it because it describes the mood I ve been in lately. Much like Aaron, music is an integral part of my life. The music I listen to is directly related to the mood I m in that day or even that moment. This video is also no exception to that rule, and how I ve been feeling lately is well Lounge. Oh, and this is my new favorite bar. It s quite swanky.

Ok, I know everyone is probably getting sick of watching my condo vlogs on the internet, but I promise this is my last condo-related video. I m finally done with the transformation of 1980 condo to 2005 condo. Things I did were: replaced all the brass light fixtures with recessed lighting, took down all other light fixtures and updated them with new ones, painted every wall and ceiling from the puke-yellow color to modern colors like light gray, white, blue and red, painted all moldings and doors from wood to white, tore up the dirty brown carpet and installed new laminate flooring, had new carpet and padding placed in both bedrooms, completely furnished and cleaned the place inside-and-out, bought all new window treatments and rugs, and basically did all of this in the last 3 months. I don t usually like to toot my horn, but I must say that I have a really cool home. I m happy!

I m slowly beginning to realize all the work that goes into fixing up a house and maintaining it. I ve only been in my condo for a few weeks, and I m ready to throw in the towel! I actually installed a laminate flo0r this past weekend and I must say, I rock with a saw and hammer. I was not, however, prepared for the mental and physical drainage that ensued. Not only did I have to tear up the old carpet with the thousand-and-one stains, but also the padding and the crummy, little staples stuck in the rock-hard concrete floor. Then it was the cloud of dust and dirt in my lungs while I swept, this is so much FUN After that, I layed flooring for 8 hours each day with 1 food break, I m joining a union. Yippee! In all actuality, I m extremely pleased with the results, it looks great! Take a peak at my video to understand what I had to go through these past few days. I m off now to rest my sore muslces. When you hang out with good friends for a long enough time, you are bound to discover things that you never knew before. As a group. we ve always known Little Jay was one sandwich short of a picnic, but what we found out on this particular night genuinely mortified and disgusted us. Around 4:00 am after a long night at the bar, somehow Little Jay had his pants yoinked down. What we saw next was amazing our boy in bikini brief underwear which were 2 sizes too big. After the last week of blizzard conditions and frigid temperatures in Southeastern Michigan, I m ready for a vacation. For the next week and a half I ll be visiting some college friends who moved out to Pacific Beach, San Diego and also Chicago. I haven t seen some of these guys for a year, so I m really looking forward to this trip (not to mention the solid temperature change). I m doing the trip by plane, train and automobile literally. My plans are to drive with a friend out to Chicago, party there for a night, then fly out of O Hare to San Diego, and visit Las Vegas while I m there. Then, fly back to O Hare, check out some Big Ten basketball action over the weekend before boarding my train back to Michigan. I ll try and capture enough footage to make a mini-collage of the trip, so stay tuned. Paint, paint, paint. In the last few weeks, that s all I ve been doing to update my new condo. I finally completed my bedroom and bathroom, and I must say, they look really good. I did all sorts of things like: install new plugs and switches, replace the registers, paint the walls and moldings, install new light fixtures and I got brand new carpet too. It s really coming along so in light of these new updates, I ve decided to create yet another vlog to chronicle my attempt to make this condo a party pad. There is only one catch. On January 28, you listened to me complain about cats in my introduction videoblog. If I recall, I was mad about the amount of hair they dispense all over the house, my clothes, my pillows, my food, etc. Anyways, I want to come clean and tell everyone that I actually love my cats. So much, in fact, that I decided to do a videblog on them. Don t get too excited now, they are only doing what they do best lying around and getting pet. What happens when you match a 5 foot hot-head against a full-blooded Italian after hours of drinking in a college town? Well, you get one funny story to tell, that s for sure. It all started out on a typical, Friday night in East Lansing. Tino and Little Jay went out to have a few drinks, hit on babies and possibly take one of them home. Somewhere between getting the drinks, hitting on babies, and closing the deal, Tino offended one of the girls they were talking to long story short, the girls ditched Tino and Little Jay and the night dragged on. From bar to bar, party to party, the heat rose and the tension thickened. Eventually, the alcohol could not be silenced and the girl fight began! For your information, we re all great friends and this was nothing more than two, drunk, frustrated and overly agitated friends going toe-to-toe over a couple of bar bunnies. Let s get it on! I feel old. Instead of taking my paycheck and blowing it at Best Buy, I m running over to Lowes or Home Depot so I can pick out wall paint and light fixtures. I m color coding and textiling for god sakes! Yes, I m in the process of purchasing my first home; a condo in the metro Detroit area and it s one of the most exciting things ever! The scariest part about me purchasing a place to crash at is the fact that it hasn t even sunk in yet. I ve lived in houses before with my friends up at college, but we rented those places (and we definitely trashed those places). This is something completely different than renting someones house. This is going out and purchasing Home Owners Insurance. This is making sure all the lights are turned off before going to bed. This is inviting people over and being considerate of the neighbor who is trying to sleep. This is responsibility like I ve never seen before. I m nervous but so excited. I truly cannot wait. Since I m doing so much work to the inside of this joint, I decided to make a before-and-after video. This, of course, is the before video with a little extra wink-wink, shove-shove. This is going to be my new video blogging home, so make sure you wipe your feet and take off your jacket before you come in. I ve decided to use Wordpress to be the guts of this website mainly because 1.) I would rather spend more time blogging and vlogging instead of coding a website that will end up having the same features as Wordpress and 2.) This is really great internet software, it s free and it s so easy to use. I actually heard of this by visiting Stefan s website. Thanks! So, back to the good stuff of what this website is all about vlogging. I ve recently compiled a video to highlight some important mentionables about myself. Trust me, they are really important. I ve been catapulted into changing the way I vlog because the old way wasn t working for me. It wasn t bandwith friendly, it took a long time to edit and upload, and they were encoded with a PC (so you could imagine my turmoil with watching Windows Media Files on my Mac).
