they are seriously amazing! they're three brothers and they tour the country with their family and seem to genuinely enjoy it! just like they genuinely enjoy getting to know their fans and going out of their way to meet them and they're dedicated to their fans, since they have secret concerts, so many meet and greets, and agree to contests like this! they have so much fun living their dream, performing on stage and getting the crowds going. they are always enthusiastic about what they do and try to make their fans happy. they're also crazy and fun loving just like any teenager and aren't afraid to just be who they are. they've come such a long way and they're at the top and amazing!!!! and now there's a million girls dying to meet them, like me...and i really wanna be one of those super lucky girls who gets to meet the amazing jonas brothers!

I believe the we are ones who truly deserve meet the Jonas Brothers. Below is a letter we have written to Nick, Kevin, and Joe that tells what we have been through and how much they mean to us. As you know they are very busy and it is almost impossible to come in contact with them. I hope you can help us out and make our dream come true.

Dear Joe, Nick, and Kevin,
A little over two months ago our hero, sister, and pre-school playmate turned best friend succumbed to her third bout of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). In her eighteen years of life, Emily had a great impact on both our lives and the lives of others. Her website at www. caringbridge. org/fl/emilylester is a true testament to that. Originally diagnosed at age twelve, Emily received chemotherapy for three years that lead her into a one year remission. During her battle she led us and a group of friends on a team called the ‘Chemo Crew’ in a fundraising effort that amounted to over $60, 000 for the American Cancer Society.
Throughout her illness Emily remained dedicated to her work in both the community and her school, and as such she was accepted to the prestigious International Baccalaureate Program. She completed her freshman year with straight A’s and kicked off sophomore year with a huge 16th birthday bash. Less than a month later, November 16th 2005, we learned the devastating news of her ALL relapse.
With the cancer back stronger, her doctors decided a bone-marrow transplant would be her best hope for a life-long cure. Emily fortunately had a sibling-donor match, and a subsequent transplant on March 31, 2006, but when she learned of the huge percentage of people who don’t find matches within their family, she added that to her list of efforts. With the support of our group of friends, “Emily’s Team”, in partnership with Motion Sports’ Bay to Bay Race in St. Petersburg, Florida, has worked tirelessly to register over 475 people into the National Bone Marrow Registry.
With the transplant a seeming success, Emily continued her fight against cancer through fundraising efforts and was accepted into Duke University with both the Discover Card Tribute Award Scholarship and the St. Petersburg Times’ Barnes Scholarship. Just a few weeks later, January 24th, a routine sore-throat check-up yielded the news of Emily’s 2nd relapse of ALL. Days later Emily was rushed back to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Sudden seizures on March 8th left Emily fighting for her life in the third floor Intensive Care Unit. Given only 24 hours to live, Emily struggled in a persistent coma-like state while family members rushed on nearly every airline to her bedside. The true fighter in Emily shined through as she beat her 24-hour prognosis, still in the coma-like state.
As her sister, Catherine (one of the three of us writing this letter), one of the hardest things in my life was to see her like that. Just walking into the room was enough to make anyone burst into tears. Oftentimes I couldn’t find the words or the courage to say anything, and instead I would sing softly to her. Most of the time my song choices landed on your songs, like ‘Hello Beautiful’. After several days, it appeared Emily was out of immediate danger and I was sent back home to Florida.
A trip planned in February had us three in Memphis over our spring break during the first week in April. The night before our flight to Tennessee, we recorded a special CD for her with us talking and singing ‘When You Look Me in the Eyes’, so when we returned home she would still be able to hear our voices. By that time Emily was on the road to recovery and had regained the ability to nod her read in response to questions, still unable to speak because of her ventilator.
Our third to last day there she took another turn for the worse when doctors suspected there was a perforation in her colon. Our family painfully decided that surgery to repair her colon was too risky as doctors bluntly warned us she would probably bleed to death on the operating table. The final day of our trip she was again surrounded by family and friends, as her favorite aunts, uncles, and cousins, parents, sister, and three best friends maintained prayer at her bedside. Suffering from liver and kidney failure, along with the effects if six years of chemotherapy and radiation treatments, her petite 5-foot-three frame could no longer fight alongside her spirit. Late in the night, her heart began to rapidly speed up from 90 beats per minute to 233. From there it started to gradually decline until it reached 0 at 2:11 AM on April 5th, 2008. As her spirit left her body, we were the ones holding her hands, selfishly trying to prevent her from leaving us.
Since that day, these last few months have been almost unbearable. At 17, I (Catherine) never thought I would be picking my possible burial plot or eulogizing at my sister’s funeral. When, for the last 12 years, it was the four of us, it’s now down to just us three. As close of friends as we still are, there are times when we can barely talk because we’re all hurting so much. In these moments, you guys are the ones who come to our rescue. Since all of us are basically glorified crazed fans, we can always talk about you to break the awkward silences. Lyrics from your songs ‘A Little Bit Longer’ and ‘Please Be Mine’ often restore our hope when we feel all hope is lost. Each Wednesday as we drive to and from the cemetery to visit our best friend’s final place of rest, we sing along to your music blaring from the car speakers. To us, you three are more than just rock-stars; you’re gifted musicians who have had a tremendous daily impact on us when our lives have been the roughest. You’ve managed to remain level-headed in an often tempting ‘Hollywood’ world, and have helped us ‘Hold On’ at a time when it feels like the ground is falling from under our feet. We admire you for breaking the stereotype of stars without morals. Since you’ve had such a great impression on all of our lives, what we really want to do is thank you in person. But we need your help! We went to your concert March 8th at the St. Pete Times Forum and at the DC Games Concert, and we're in the works of getting tickets to the September 4th Ford Ampitheatre performance. But as you understand, it is almost impossible to find ways to meet you. We were hoping you could pull some strings so we can meet and let you know how much we appreciate all of you and what you mean to us. As your faithful fans, we hope you’re the ones who can make our dream come true.
