I purchased this item this week and let me tell you I charged for well over 24 hours before using it. It lasted only 40 minutes and died on me. The vibration was not powerful at all and was very very uncomfortable to use while having penetration it kept slipping side to side. I contacted Customer Service at We-Vibe to request a new batttery or replacement We-Vibe they have not responded to my request at all..... Even though they cover bad parts! I recommend don't waste your money like I did.
