The Photographic is a duo that makes epic, complex and entirely instrumental rock songs. Their latest album, Pictures of a Changing World, is an ever-evolving collage of sounds featuring multi-instrumentalists Jamey See Tai and Chad Blevins. The album has a distinct upbeat post-rock sound as heard in the fourth track entitled "Secure." Guitar loops with variations of one melody play against a soaring chord progression and rapid, cymbal-heavy drumming.
