CPDRC Inmate's free interpretation of the Sinulog Dance. This dance would have been performed at the Cebu City Sports Complex on January 20, 2008 during the Grand Sinulog Celebration. Unfortunately, the Mayor of Cebu City refused to let the inmates dance even with the assurance of security.
