Pat Philbin of Moonachie is training to eat over 27 dogs to stand a chance at winning the hot dog eating contest in Coney Island, but the competitive eater and regular of the Opie and Anthony show needed to earn his spot in Coney Island and win a regional qualifier, which he did in Pennsylvania.
