Imagine shelling out thousands of dollars to move into an apartment complex that advertises itself as being luxurious only to find it is furthest from it. Imagine on the first night you moved in that the pipes in the wall that seperates your bedroom from the bathroom banged day and night, banged so loud that you could never get a decent night's sleep. Imagine begging and pleading with the management of this so called luxury complex to fix it and them talking down to you, mocking you, ignoring you and doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Imagine day and night for five months hearing the loudest banging sound imaginable and not being able to do a thing about it. Well we don't have to imagine all that because it has happened to us. We shelled out thousands of hard earned dollars to live at Tysen's Park Apartments in Staten Island, New York and we have to live with the unbearable sounds of loud banging pipes every single night. My roommate and I have lost countless hours of sleep, have called out sick from our jobs and are stressed out beyond belief because the problems with what amounts to be an unihabitable apartment that we were lied to about by Tysen's Management. this video will give you a very small idea of what we are going through.
