COMMENTS SOON; I think Luke is being a judgmental prick and unfair toward Holden. When Lily was flaunting her affair with Dusty (Holden's enemy), the only thing Luke ever said was something like, "If you want to be with Dusty, maybe you should just stay with him." That despite the fact that his little sisters suffered, and she walked out on the family's Thanksgiving to be with Dusty. And unlike his condemnation of Holden, Luke actually felt bad for Lily when Dusty stood her up at a club. Holden's affair is really a continuation of Lily's infidelity. And frankly, Nuke has no basis for assuming that things were ever back to normal after Lily's return. Luke was hardly with his parents. He didn't even know when Lily left and he was not there for Lily's return party. In fact, Luke never told his parents about going to NY until his return. Nor did he tell his parents that he was moving out of the farm into Noah and Ameera's cottage. This family family has serious communication issues!
