Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf came to Chicago to appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show, but she visited the DuSable Museum of African American History to publicly thank Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. for securing $50 million for infrastructure development in Liberia, war-torn by 14 years of civil war.
