http://www.takemetoacircustent.net/media/JeffersonAirplaneTakeMeToACircusTentAircast30C89.mp3 Hello and welcome to sometime: How is the day going? Thanks for flying by. A nice one from the vault. Riverside Theater, Milwaukee, Wisconsin from the 18th of August 89. Another reason why summer should never end. “She Has Funny Cars” the first notes from the reunion gig!Spencer Dryden we missed you on stage. With the Airplane- Peter Kaukonen, Tim Gorman, Randy Jackson (Zebra), and Kenny Aronoff. When I got into the last portion of writing “Take Me To A Circus Tent” (The Jefferson Airplane Flight Manual, I took one day off the last six months. Devoted eighty-four hours a week to the project. The amazing thing was it never felt like work or a job. Each second was enjoyable. I found that having the ability to take care of my dad (He was sick on and off before passing away March of this year) and having the book come to fruition was something that words couldn’t say properly. I always hated going into an office environment and every second of the day appreciate the greater quality and quantity of time I spent with dad. Thanks for hearing me out. Enjoy the gem from 89 and I’ll try to pop up later with something else. Have a great day, craig
