In this section, Dr. Tewodros shares with us some of the challenges he faced in his quest to move his practice to Ethiopia. Aside from facing himself as the biggest challenge, and dealing with extensive peer pressure, he also discusses his surprising encounter with a young private sector in Addis which seems to operate from a different logical perspective than the one he was used to in the United States.
