It's been a crazy couple of weeks. This is the longest I've eaten poorly in years. I'm not sure what's been causing it, I just don't "feel it". It's definetely taken it's toll. I feel sluggish throughout the day and have a hard time sleeping at night. I know it's related. I got up early this morning to make my meals. It's time to get back to where I want to be.
Iron
I haven't been able to lift weights in 2 weeks. I was in Kansas last week and can't go again until I get paid next week. In the meantime, I've been doing pushups and using Michelle's kids dumbbells.
Life
So as I said earlier, I spent last week in lovely Wichita, Kansas. Quiet and flat pretty much describes it. Quite a change from home. I missed my kids and Michelle the whole time and couldn't wait to get back.
Work is going good. I've been a sys admin for nearly 2 weeks now. It makes it tough though because I don't have full admin rights yet. They don't want to give them to me until I train up in headquarters for 2 weeks in february. Something about realizing how dangerous I can be. For now, I'm doing both Desktop and Sys Admin stuff and it's been keeping me busy. I haven't had time to do much at work except, well work.
