*QUICKTIME *Phone The 25th Annual Heart of Minnesota Fishing Tournament was held this past weekend on the Sauk River Chain of Lakes that connect Cold Spring to Richmond. This annual event is a major fund raiser for the Richmond Civic and Commerce organization and their work to promote business in and enhance the well being of the greater Richmond Community. This year was a record breaking tournament with over 400 buttons sold. The tournament is a catch and release style where all fish entries must to brought to the weigh station alive and once the fish are weighed they are released back into the lake. This story includes a combination of live video and still photos representing all of the participants in the tournament who entered their fish. It also includes scenes from the evening banquet held at Cozy Corner Campground where all of the fishing tournament winners were recognized and door prizes were drawn. Click HERE!
