Click Photo Above To See 2008 Photos The 25th Annual Heart of Minnesota Fishing Tournament was held this past weekend on the Sauk River Chain of Lakes that connect Cold Spring to Richmond. This annual event is a major fund raiser for the Richmond Civic and Commerce organization and their work to promote business in and enhance the well being of the greater Richmond Community. This year was a record breaking tournament with over 400 buttons sold. The tournament is a catch and release style where all fish entries must to brought to the weigh station alive and once the fish are weighed they are released back into the lake.
