In Podcast Show #8 -- Holiday Healthy Choices, the Co-host and I discuss all the challenges during the holidays to maintain a healthy eating pattern and exercise regimen. Our serious and direct discussion reveals that both of us are guilty of eating foods that we shouldn't yet now we eat food that is much healthier, lower in sodium, reduced fat and avoid the extra-rich foods. We talk about several strategies which have finally worked for us during the Holidays. Often times, people feel that they are going to gain weight during the holidays, but we say it doesn't have to be the case. Eat the foods that you enjoy, but step up the exercising and drink plenty of water!!
