Otomatea has been around for around 17 years, around 30 people live here, the land was quite corroded in the beginning, over those years they restored and planted more than 1000 trees. Community dinners is once a week. It?s a calm and beautiful area where everybody works together to keep it maintained. Although the cows were very cooperative, my ode to compost didn?t work out the way I would have liked.
