Just came out of Vipassana www.dhamma.org, in such equilibrium, relaxed and full of energy, clear headed, and most of all, incredibly excited to get jaspers.tv on the road? I first visit Rik in Otamatea Ecovillage up north of Auckland. It?s my first Hitchhiking experience? In the silence of Vipassana I got a few insights or some cool ideas?
