I think this dialog is very usefull and this method is also very attractive for learning English.
I would like to know whether I can use interchangeably the expressions "to be needed" and "to be necessary".For example: to be fluent in English study hard is needed or its is necessary? Thanks Sérgio Rodrigues Brazil
